SANCA Central Rand has always been the organisation that has its communities at heart, aiming to address substance abuse problems by providing accessible and affordable services.

In 2011, the Rosettenville office was set up in the South of Johannesburg, in partnership with the Department of Social Development (DSD). The organisation had to stretch already depleted resources and respond to the needs of the community.

DSD assisted with subsidy for the fully fledged service. The office has established itself in working and forming working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
